Controller and purpose

SATEXSA processes data to assess marine maintenance, engineering and repair requests, prepare quotations and coordinate follow-up.

We may receive requestor, company, contact, vessel, IMO, port, dates, urgency, service, technical description, language, source and campaign data.

Processing is based on consent and requested pre-contractual steps. Data is retained as needed to manage the case and meet obligations.

We may use hosting, email and abuse-prevention providers with access limited to what is necessary.

You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact channel where applicable.

Non-essential analytics runs only after acceptance.
